Yes, CrossConnect MY is completely free! There are no hidden fees or charges to list your church or events. We believe in serving the Christian community without any financial barriers.

3. How do I add my church to the directory?

Simply create a free account, then go to your dashboard and click "Add Church". Fill in your church details including name, location, service times, and contact information. Once submitted, our team will review and approve your listing.

4. Who can add a church or event?

Anyone can register for a free account and add their church or Christian events. We welcome contributions from pastors, church administrators, ministry volunteers, or any church member who wants to help their congregation get discovered.

5. Should I write church/event descriptions in English or Bahasa Malaysia?

You can write in either English or Bahasa Malaysia — whichever you prefer! If you write in English, the system will automatically translate it to Bahasa Malaysia. If you write in Bahasa Malaysia, it will be translated to English. So just write in the language you're most comfortable with!

6. How long until my church appears in the directory?

Submissions are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your church will immediately appear in the directory and become searchable by visitors.

7. Can I edit my church listing after submitting?

Yes! You can edit your church or event details anytime through your dashboard. Just log in, go to "My Churches" or "My Events", and click the edit button on the listing you want to update.

8. Is my personal information safe?

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect essential information needed to operate the directory. Your personal email and account details are never shared publicly. Only the church contact information you choose to display will be visible to visitors.

9. How do I report incorrect information?

If you find any incorrect or outdated information on a church or event listing, you can use the "Report Incorrect Info" feature on the listing page. Our team will review and make necessary corrections.
